I have been to several dealerships that don’t even want to give you the time of day and Donley Ford of Galion always gives you the part of the family feel in my opinion!!! Buying a car can be a daunting task... buying a car for someone else can make it even more daunting. That was my case. I was helping my 89-year old dad get a good used car that he can make small trips in. We looked at Donley in Galion because it's close to his home. We found one dad liked... made arrangements for dad to see it... then I worked with Tim McCane at Donley's Galion location to start the process. Tim was great... he was very patient and I never felt any pressure. We finalized the deal, signed the papers, and now dad has his 2015 Ford Escape Titanium tucked away in his garage... ready for his "small" trips. Thanks to Tim, Drew in financing, and everyone at Donley Ford in Galion who made my dad and me feel comfortable during the process. One more note... I live in Columbus and have bought cars there, and in my personal experience, at some dealerships it's a high-pressure circus show - very exhausting.
